This photograph was taken in Lloydminster, of the decal on a city-owned vehicle. Like many semi-heraldic civic devices in Alberta, it features a landscape of the area around the city, in this case an agricultural scene- treed hills and an oil derrick (with the subterranean oil source in base) separating the Alberta half (containing the cows) from the Saskatchewan half (containing the wheatfields) in the centre, and blue skies in chief (also containing the name of the city).
